Governance & trust

Built for trust-critical markets.

The group centralizes security, compliance discipline, documentation, data handling, and capital allocation so every company starts with stronger operating controls.

The constitutional layer

Five commitments

Canadian operating group

Incorporated and operated in Ontario, Canada.

9KeysGroup Inc. operates from Newmarket, Ontario. The website, its legal terms, and its privacy commitments are governed from Canada.

Security-first product standards

Security and data handling are designed in from the start, not added later.

Each operating company inherits shared standards for access control, data protection, and compliance documentation.

Compliance-aware execution

Regulatory posture is considered before a product enters a market.

Companies still in active build are described at a high level and labeled as such; compliance documentation is part of the initial build, not an afterthought.

Founder-led capital allocation

Capital is deployed by the operator, for long-term compounding.

Allocation decisions are made by the operator running the companies, measured in years rather than quarters.

Long-duration ownership

Companies are built to be owned and held, not flipped.

Progress is measured in shipped products and retained customers, not exit timelines.

What we do not claim

In trust-critical markets the fastest way to lose trust is to overstate what exists. The public record is kept deliberately conservative:

  • No third-party security certifications are claimed.
  • No customer, revenue, or performance metrics are published until they are real.
  • Companies in active build are labeled as such — nothing in development is described as operating.
  • Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment.

Data handling

This website requires no account and submits no forms; contact happens over email you initiate. Across the group, the discipline is the same: collect only what is needed, limit access on a need-to-know basis, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to information in our care.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting 9KeysGroup or one of its companies, write to security@9keysgroup.com with details and steps to reproduce, and allow reasonable time for a response before any public disclosure. We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty program.
